My name is Michaleen Adamson. I am a Wedding Day Coordinator and Planner living in New York City.

My husband Tom and I got married in August, 2007, at the Old Stone House in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

During my research, I stumbled upon indiebride.com and became aware of how many couples were in need of a reasonably priced Day of Coordinator. Then I had an eureka moment!

I began looking for volunteers to “work” my wedding and in return I would “work” their’s. I quickly befriended eight women and created a “help-swap” collective.

The “help-swap” was a complete success!

During that time I discovered that I had a passion, as well as a knack, for this particular type of work so I created masi events (masi rhymes with daisy).
