DAY OF COORDINATION
*Provide a total of three consultations with you and your fiancé prior to wedding
*Provide unlimited advice and consultation via email and phone
*Inspect and confirm venue layout and set up with you, as well as the site coordinator , your caterer, and any other applicable vendors
*Offer tips and advice to ensure that your wedding goes as planned
*Advise regarding what most vendors expect from you to ensure excellent service: clearly defined duties/instructions, identical timelines for all vendors, synchronized checklists, realistic time frames, meal compensation, additional support, etc.
*Advise regarding what type of problems can occur and how to avoid unnecessary pitfalls
*Advise as to how to seemlessly execute ceremony readings and blessings with guest speakers
*Advise as to whether you will require additional helpers to assist DOC such as family members and/or friends (I am also able to provide additional associates, if needed)
*Advise regarding a rain contingency plan (in the case of outdoor weddings)
*Confirm call time of all vendors one day prior to your wedding day
*Provide a checklist after the final consultation, for your approval, pertaining to all DOC duties (to ensure DOC duties are clearly defined)
*Arrive at the designated initial location and depart reception upon completion (maximum of 8 hours)
*Ensure vendors show up on time and, if needed, locate late vendors
*Assist all vendors if questions arise, acting as your representative to ensure set-up and progression of events are followed according to your instructions, making adjustments when needed
*Oversee and assist wait staff/caterer with set-up, including, but not limited to, the following: arrangement of ceremony set up, arrangement of place settings; decorations, place cards, name cards, seating chart, table numbers, favors, programs, disposable cameras, placement and lighting of candles, set up of vases/flowers, gift table, cake table, welcome bags, guest books, gift bags, bathroom decor/baskets etc.
*Act as a tour guide, concierge, host, wrangler and “point-person”
*Troubleshoot any problems that may arise
*Ensure all payments reach the appropriate vendors
*Maintain venue throughout the party, keep all candles lit and ensure ambience
*Provide a wedding day “emergency kit” for use in the event of any issues (cab fare to and from venue is in addition to fees)
*Ensure that all presents and personal belongings go home with you
WEDDING PLANNING (INCLUDES DAY OF COORDINATION)
*Assist you with design, style, décor and inspiration
*Locate and book suitable vendors such as ceremony and reception venues, officiants, caterers, bakers, hair and make-up stylists, servers, bartenders, and florists
*Assist you with the selection and purchase of wine, liquor, beer, decorations, invitations, linens, favors, rentals, candles, decorations, attire, jewelry and flowers
*Assist you with ceremony planning, the processional, and vows
*Assist you with design of save the dates, invitations, travel information for out of town guests, maps, itineraries, programs, favors, place cards, etc.
*Attend meetings with vendors such as baker, caterer, florist, photographer, officiant, invitation designer, calligrapher, videographer, DJ, musician, site coordinator, stylists, etc.,
*Review all of your vendor contracts
*Assist with all planning and coordination of vendors via personal meetings, email and phone
PHOTO GUEST BOOK
*Research and purchase supplies such as photo albums, pens, glue sticks, camera and film (you will be responsible for cost of all supplies plus cab fare to and from event)
*Coordinate and manage photo guest book to be completed by the end of your wedding day
*Rental is available for a selection of vintage hats and boas
